This painting is about the connection between nature and humans symbolized by the way the leaves and branches are connected to the trunk. Many countries have the same trees but use them in a different way. All are beneificial to humans. The Date trees, in Bangladesh, are used for syrup, whereas in Saudi Arabia, it is not, yet Dates exist in both.
